Shaping

Shaping is a popular system of body improvement which was developed with the focus on women’s problem areas. Shaping is not only the mean of overweight reduction, but also an instrument for those who wants to change body shape.

Shaping is of benefit to muscle strengthening, increasing of vitality and immunity level, strengthening of cardiovascular system and hardening. There are two levels of shaping which differ in their tasks and in the way exercises are used. They are «catabolic» level intended for the reduction of the excess fat, and «anabolic» level — muscle-strengthening exercises aimed at getting muscles into necessary shape and volume. The authors of this technique found out several types of figures relying on the results of scientific researches; for each type of figure, they developed the complex of exercises that help to form our body in an individual way. The technique is realized be means of selection of exercises for each individual using computer programs and regular testing. The aim of the technique is figure correction and changing of our body in a right direction.
