Brazilian diet

The Brazilian diet is a diet with high content of proteins on the menu. If you don’t like eggs, you should not choose this diet. Brazilian actresses use this diet before filming when they need quickly lose some weight. In two weeks you can lose 4 to 5 kilos. As the diet proposes to consume rather large amount of proteins, you should drink more water for the normal kidney functioning

Menu on each day of the diet:

  • Two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner, one apple, a cup of sugar-free coffee (in the evening replace coffee with tea).
  • Two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner, one apple, a cup of sugar-free coffee (in the evening replace coffee with tea).
  • Two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast; a piece of boiled lenten beef with spinach for lunch; one boiled egg and spinach for dinner.
  • One boiled egg for breakfast; boiled fish and tomato for lunch; two eggs and a cup of sugar-free tea for dinner.
  • A cup of sugar-free coffee and one egg in the morning; tomato salad and two eggs for lunch; fish fried without oil and vegetable salad for dinner.
  • One boiled egg and a cup of coffee for breakfast; a piece of lenten beef with couple of cucumbers for lunch; dinner is similar to lunch.
  • One egg and coffee for breakfast; sirloin of boiled chicken with vegetables for lunch; dinner is similar to lunch + one apple and a cup of tea.

The second week of the Brazilian diet is similar to the first week.
