Establishment of microRNA based diagnostic kit, a non-invasive and reliable test for early detection of liver cancer and  fatty Liver  using biological fluids ( blood).
Currently there is NO reliable microRNA based diagnostic kit for early detection of liver cancer and  fatty liver  in the market. Main target:  If we achieve the milestone, all peoples ( all age group) around the world would like to know whether they have liver cancer or fatty liver in very very early stage…..
Several researchers are doing research to establishment of reliable microRNA based diagnostic kit for liver cancer but all of them are in very early stage and not developed yet.  We are the one most outstanding proven record of liver research around the world. We have over 20 years’ experience on liver research.  We know the scientific clue to achieve the millstone for ‘’Establishment of microRNA based diagnostic kit, a non-invasive and reliable test for early detection of liver cancer and  fatty Liver,  using biological fluids ( blood)’’
Nobody knows where and when the cancer happens. It was a concept that it is very difficult and even impossible to detect the cancer level in very very early stages but micorRNA discovery has been proved that cancer detection is possible using biological fluids (blood) by microRNA based diagnostic kit. For an example of diagnosis of  heart attacks is quite successful in the market. But we focus on liver as it’s our specialities.
The invention will be established a reliable miRNA marker and to diagnostic kit for millions of peoples of all ages (children, pregnancy women, adult and elder persons )  for early detection of liver cancer and  fatty Liver using using biological fluids ( blood). We need only 10 ml of blood and we will tell you whether liver is cancerous or not , fatty or not, etc.….
Approximately over 800 million people worldwide are living with abnormal liver such as fatty liver and Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), also called malignant hepatoma, is the most common type of liver cancer. A liver that's up to 20% fatty is accepted for healthy liver but depends of type of macrosteatotic hepatocytes ( fat level of liver ).  Fatty liver which promotes inflammatory and fibrogenic response similar to those observed in patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH). We need to keep in mind that all of us are not aware of their disease until it is too late. We know the cancer level in very late stage. So no effective treatment for advanced stage of  cancer. But possible to treat if we catch at the early stage. microRNA based diagnostic kit will be the ultimate solution for the clinical problem.
It could be major reliable milestone and has the very real potential to save millions of lives from liver cancer and fatty liver problems.
