Adalta

AdAlta is a privately owned company established in 2007 to develop the next generation antibody platform, the i-body, which is a human single domain antibody like molecule.

The i-body platform delivers high affinity and specific biologics against a variety of therapeutic and diagnostic targets, including, cell surface, membrane spanning and complex proteins. Targets ideally suited for the i-body technology include the important drug classes G Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCR) and ion channels, where exquisite specificity in binding is critical but has proven difficult to achieve with small molecules and traditional monoclonal antibodies.

AdAlta is growing a pipeline of i-bodies for treatment of fibrosis and cancer from its internal discovery efforts utilizing the i-body technology.
