The Company’s SmartChip System provides a range of capabilities, including messenger ribonucleic acid, microRNA and long non-coding ribonucleic acid (RNA) expression level measurement, as well as single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping. The Company’s products include Gene Expression Technology, SmartChip Target Enrichment (TE) System and Apollo 324 Library Preparation. It has launched its first generation SmartChip 5K System, which is a real-time polymerase chain reaction tool. It has launched the SmartChip MyDesign System, which is the second-generation instrument with upgraded capabilities.
