Lantheus Holdings, Inc. is a holding company. The Company, through Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc., develops, manufactures, sells and distributes diagnostic medical imaging agents and products that assist clinicians in the diagnosis of cardiovascular and other diseases. It operates in two geographical segments: U.S. and International. The Company’s commercial products are used by cardiologists, nuclear physicians, radiologists, internal medicine physicians, technologists and sonographers working in various clinical settings. The Company sells its products to radiopharmacies, hospitals, clinics, group practices, integrated delivery networks, group purchasing organizations and, in certain circumstances, wholesalers. The Company’s imaging agents include contrast agents and medical radiopharmaceuticals, (including technetium generators), such as DEFINITY, TechneLite, Xenon Xe 133 Gas, Cardiolite and Neurolite.
