The Company uses its gene therapy platform, the Ocular BioFactory, to create a pipeline of product candidates. The Company’s product candidates include AVA-101, AVA-201 and AVA-311. The Company is developing its lead product candidate, AVA-101, which is indicated for the treatment for wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
